Return Window

Unworn items in original packaging with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Shoes must show no signs of outdoor wear.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Visit our store at Bus Stand, Old Telephone Exchange Road, Telipara, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh 495001 or contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Cash on Delivery orders: refund via UPI or bank transfer
UPI prepaid orders: refund to the same UPI ID within 5–7 business days
Sale items and custom orders are final sale unless defective
